1. Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging E Media Solution (Pvt) Ltd for services, you agree to these terms and any separate statement of work or master services agreement executed between the parties.

2. Services

Descriptions on this site are illustrative. Binding scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined only in signed proposals or contracts.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain property of their respective licensors.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or our services—including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or infringing third-party rights.

5. Warranties

Services are provided professionally and in line with agreed specifications. Except as stated in your contract, we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from services is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, unless a higher cap is expressly agreed.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless a contract specifies otherwise. Courts in Colombo shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless agreed differently in writing.
